McCormack + Kristel to Lead the Inaugural President/CEO Search for One Network for Regional Advanced Manufacturing (ON RAMP)

Because of anticipated growth in the semiconductor sector in Central New York, CenterState Corporation for Economic Opportunity (CenterState CEO) is incubating and launching a new organization to lead workforce development training in manufacturing and construction careers. The effort is part of Governor Hochul’s One Network for Regional Advanced Manufacturing Partnership (ON RAMP), a statewide initiative to establish a workforce development center to provide high-quality training and employment opportunities.

The flagship location in Syracuse will be managed by CenterState CEO until ON RAMP is fully established as an independent 501c3. The strategic partnership will leverage CenterState CEO’s expertise and resources to enable ON RAMP to address the growing demand for skilled workers in the advanced manufacturing and construction sectors, particularly within historically marginalized communities.
