In this new role, Anya will provide strategic leadership and provide guidance to the staff. Anya will also represent the organization nationally in developing and maintaining effective relationships with law firms, law schools, funders, and affiliates.

The National LGBTQ+ Bar Association is the leading organization for LGBTQ+ legal professionals in the United States. Founded in 1989, it boasts over 1700 members including lawyers, judges, law students, legal activists, and affiliated LGBTQ+ legal organizations across the country, making it the largest association of its kind.
