What makes you passionate about your work in executive search? 

This work ensures great leaders are in place to join communities in creating new possibilities. In this work I’m able to matchmake for social impact.

What does it mean to you to be a part of a diversity-focused firm?

Identity, experience, how we think and process. Diversity is about so many things! Being at a diversity focused firm means consistently discovering all the ways in which people exist. Our ability to celebrate diversity leads to our clients mirroring the real world and being more innovative.

What are your favorite kinds of searches to work on?

All of them! Each search offers new challenges and opportunities.

With gratitude and appreciation for what I’m able to create.

A daily walk in nature and time in the gym/fitness.
