Andy (he/him) has nearly 30 years of experience working for queer liberation and social justice, with a particular passion for co-creating programs and services for and with LGBTQ youth. Andy also has a long history of designing and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and also did policy work and conference planning for the Equality Federation, working with statewide LGBTQ advocacy organizations.

Congratulations to Jo Ann Short on her new role as Chief Executive Officer of The Planning Council! Jo Ann Short has 30 years’ experience leading multiple nonprofits, fund raising, and developing regional partnerships to address community needs.

Jessica’s work brings 18 years as a human rights and social justice attorney. Jessica’s work has been focused on the rights of adolescents and adults in correctional facilities, specifically in the Brazil prison system.
