Andy (he/him) has nearly 30 years of experience working for queer liberation and social justice, with a particular passion for co-creating programs and services for and with LGBTQ youth. Andy also has a long history of designing and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and also did policy work and conference planning for the Equality Federation, working with statewide LGBTQ advocacy organizations.
